No matter how you slice it the NIC will play a part in the final seniority list integration. It might be outright or it might be in the shadows but it will be around. A wise old pilot once explained why you wanted to stay on the good side of the arbitration community. The players are few and tight knit.
PARTS of the Nic very well survive the final ISL (perhaps even a majority of the Nic). It would be one way of this panel validating George. IMO, the PURE Nic will not and when I say "pure", I mean every affented pilot in exact Nic order.
