Lots of flights, and hundreds of United, American, Delta, Alaska, et al. pilots and flight attendants fighting for seats. Same with SFO except take out Delta and Alaska and add Virgin America. You will get bumped, you will watch the last flight to PHX push back from the gate, you will have to buy hotels/sleep in crew room, and you will go into a satellite airport to get there.
