We have already met the AD 1K for FY 15. Wife can get FSA but cant do vision and dental at her office without full Healthcare.

So what I am hearing here is Standard is fine and doubt worry about the supplement it will cost more than the 3K. But do get vision and dental through the new job if it is reasonable. Another kid is headed to braces does civilian insurance cover that?
My company Dental, which is $30/month, covers up to $2,000 per person lifetime for orthodontics. That's on top of the $1,500 we already used through mil dental benefits before I retired.
