That would be a nice little goodwill gesture just before contract lnegotiations open and it would also reduce by 3% the headline number coming out at the conclusion of those negotiations.
Front load and camouflage some of our pay restoration.

Great rumor, I hope it is true. Keep in mind however we get our annual raises in JAN. Non contract have been getting theirs in April. I would hate to get 3% now and have it delay what I hope will be a much larger raise in JAN 16.
