Speed is right on the money. I have 2 former flight students who now fly for Frontier that I keep in contact with regularly. The one who has been their nearly a year now had 4100t, NO tpic, ERJ-145 Xjet, College degree, A good stick and a fun guy to be around. They hired him on the spot. He now holds a line and stated to me that he has enjoyed every person he has flown with including a couple of Captains who had a reputation for a little negativity. You've got to have thick skin and the ability to have fun along the way. They are looking for people that can live and fly together for 4 or 5 days. No winers.
Last question he was asked at his interview was......Tell us a joke.
he did right on the spot and apparently they liked him! Be yourself. Oh.....and bye the way, they hired 4 of the 15 they interviewed that day. Best of luck to all that are applying
