Of all the prior 121 guys in my class, none washed out from other airlines...except one who quit in the middle of sims, who I am guessing was asked to leave. i think it's fair to say no regional is really washing out or rejecting people who could make it at anther airline. Not in this environment, where no regional is filling classes like they want to. Why do we keep getting people from xjt, psa, silver, republic, etc? Only people who really hate on mesa don't work here. Minus pay, it's not bad.
