If this LOA allows the company to become more efficient and save money, then so be it. It helps us out too. I'd rather see minor course corrections along the way than a major one down the road. I'd rather make more money out of a solid contract with proper pay rates and other compensation, than having to work outside my line utilizing company inefficiencies to make more money. We should not have to rely on those inefficiences. They will slowly disappear.
