Hi. I was in the December 9th class. The scheduling is done by seniority in aircraft type. I drew the 717 and am second from the bottom in that type. I was off for a month prior to training. The most senior in type was about a week.

By the way, they are not flexible on this. If you are senior but want more time, you can't have it. First to train is first to qualify and thus first to get to full pay status. That's why it's strictly $eniority driven.
