I sent my information to Kim Fuller for positive space to Denver on the day before but have not heard back with an itinerary. Is this common? I don't want to annoy her or anyone else by sending it a second time.

Congratulations!!! I'd sit tight for now, I seem to remember worrying about the same thing, but the emails eventually came. Of course at which point it is obvious you've been overlooked, then ask. They know you're excited, so I don't think they would hold it against you. Just my opinion.
