Just a fact and that was my point.

I do know India is in Asia, but I know of a TKD instructor that states he's Asian, but does that make him from India?

I can guarantee you that delta does not have more lawyers than pilots. Delta does have many, but not that many.

My apologies for apparently stepping on your toes. Should have known better than to rub you the wrong way.
You didn't step on my toes, and even if you did I'm no one special. No apologies necessary.

Some universities had quota systems in place. Some of them had to change admissions procedures as a result of lawsuits. Are you implying Delta has a quota system in pilot hiring?

There are organizations that seek to help women and minorities succeed in aviation. Those organizations are open to all, as are the job fairs they sponsor. For whatever reason, Delta attends some of those job fairs.

I can't see even the remotest connection between the job fairs Delta attends and university quota systems changed due to lawsuits. Anyone can sue for anything, but I don't see a lawsuit based on their job fair attendance going very far.

As I said in previous post, if you ever get the chance to walk through a Delta pilot lounge, you'll be able to stop worrying about white guys getting hired.

Personally, I think the job fairs (regardless of sponsorship) are ridiculous and attended none. Is the job worth it? Only you can answer.

Good luck
