Seriously, the pay scale needs improvement all over especially the lower longevity. You have your chance to change that now, but to say you are getting f'd is a little over the top. You knew the rates when you started, and you knew the amendable date, and the company's history on dragging out negotiations. Did you bring up this "F'ing" at the interview?
