Yep, nice letter from the COO stating they are suddenly ready to negotiate but the evil IBT filed the proffer and now negotiations are cancelled.
So the nmb has cancelled all future negotiations. Sounds positive to me. If our request for proffer were so outrageous and premature as management has insisted, then why are they (nmb) thinking about it?
