I am a very junior 757 FO. 100th percentile type. I bid and hold usually my 4-5th choice of A reserve. I live in Collierville and fly an average of 5 days a month. Mostly out and backs with an occasional day in a hotel. I can't remember the last time I flew on a weekend. The other 10 days of reserve are at home with my kids. Life is good... YMMV...
