And yes, while that is fact of life at every airline with a new aircraft, JB exasperated the issue by filling the first 140 Captain vacancies at once instead of the typical rolling monthly bids.

And the icing on the cake: the 190 pay was defended by mgmt as pilot's choice between QOL and pay. The poor suckers that ended up on the 190 received neither.
