It's on the link to the "white paper" report. They can collect all the data they want, but without a change to our contract we get 100 hours unverified. They can't just change it because they perceive some are using too much.

I'm not seeing the on time performance thing, but all the enhancements that I see are coming 13 Feb.
Between the group of us skimming, we make somewhere near a complete brain. And by somewhere near, I mean that in a very general "near-ish-ish" sense.
