Also as I've said before I'll say it again. Many captains new to a type have been captains on other types for years. The beauty of spirit is that with one fleet type it's a guarantee that any pilots hired since we got the airbus have all had the added experience of being an fo in the type. Whereas at another airline it's quite likely that you could have a pilot that's been a captain for 25 years on a 737 transition straight to the left seat of a 777 or A330. Would you be asking the same experience questions of that guy? I doubt it.
