Actually if you think 150 per year attrition, it wil go up every 2-3 months I guess. If you take 70 per month hired, it would be 2 months. If you take 70 per month hired with an 18% washout rate, it would be 3 months
so every 3 months it will go up a year. So if hired in April - 2 years. July - 3 years. October - 4 years. December - 5 years.
