I think there is a difference between happy and comfortable. Most of the people I speak to would not turn down a job at the major but are not necessarily putting in an effort to get hired. You can spend a career here, but when you do the math why would you?

I realize that is not what you were discussing, but thought it had some relevance.
My experience on reserve has been nothing but good. Frustrating at times, but that comes with the reserve territory. I am not based in MSP or ORD and my understanding is that reserve in either of those bases is not a good time.
