Not a good choice to be considering this airline. Try a regional that will offer you a signing bonus and a 2-4 year upgrade, such as Compass. Delta's Endeavor has a four-year $80,000 incentive contact + they'll train you Delta style with potential flow-thru. SkyWest has no contract with any major for flow-thrus. You'll probably have a 7 year upgrade.
The upgrade at SKW is not predictable. It's likely to drop to four years at least for a while, but if they don't renew their contracts (or heaven forbid win new ones) it could stagnate or worse. Compass at least is predictable.
