Not a recent upgrade or interviewer (although I know some of them). I would have liked to to stay, but the company is not heading in a direction I really like right now. QOL is more important than money (well money's important but all my financial eggs are fortunately not in the aviation basket), but it's starting to look like QOL is going to better elsewhere, even short-term.
