Looks like I'm right around a hundred - plus/minus from being a line holder. I love the two days off between reserve stints-not. Especially as a commuter. PBS honors a day or two off request but does so with min days off between stretches of RSV I guess. I use the one allowed unpaid reserve drop day to clean that up a little-face it, at first year pay what's the difference between 75 and 71 hours really.
I would analyze how you're bidding or call scheduling committee for help. If that's not the case then you're too junior for what you want. Give it some time, you just got here!
