I would think after the contract is settled we will see some people moving on and some growth with aircraft orders and other longer term contracts. I think the contract will be an improvement but wont be able to hold a candle to Americans contract and the improvements at all the other legacy and major carriers. There will be people leaving that are not attached to being based here in MSP. I would bet we will either be hiring or shutting down in the near future.... So take that for what you want.
