Real straight forward guy who will tell it like it is. 316-778-1712. When I did my training there I went IFR thru MEI for $16K w/ 60 hours of multi. This was back in '94 so it will be more now but I bet it's no more than $30K. They also offer some multi time building options which didn't exist when I went through.
