^^^^ What Bolo said. Start on page 1 and sift through the whole thing. You can blast through the superfluous stuff and zero in on the meat & potatoes. It will take a few hours but you will learn a lot about the interview, the pilot group, some history of what they've been through, and get a feel for where we're going. It's all in here! Just do it!
