Excluding special items, Skywest inc made money. They chose to have the expenses of operating two separate airlines, not the pilots. So if there is a profit problem, it certainly isn't any pilots' fault.
But with your logic, the profit problem lies with Skywest airlines since they spent the most time talking about them.
I reply for my own entertainment. The ONLY argument I made was that it is better for us to have one solid contract for everyone. One set of rules. I never told you to give up anything. Go look at my posts. I even said you can keep your precious outliers if you want. Wanting to stay separately coming from an XJT guy is so hypocritical. Wasn't it your side that wanted to merge all 3 together, but now you want to stay separate? And let me ask you how can we have a SLI if we have two separate contracts? What of new hires?
