Exactly, and having no 50 seaters to contend with (except for one) and get rid of when the music stops on those puts us in a good spot. Places like Air Whisky can talk about how well they are paid in comparison to others as well as the contract and what not. However living in base and being at a company that will be around for the foreseeable future was worth taking a few less dollars an hour.
