I don't think you guys are reading what I'm actually writing. I am willing to fight the good fight and I can financially weather a prolonged strike. We deserve and should fight for a great CBA. I just don't believe for a second that management, without condition, is going to offer us a 34% pay raise and allow everything else to stay status quo. Oh, and offer this sometime in 2015 or 2016. Guys hoping for this or even believing this is likely are going to be disappointed (not to mention more than rates need fixing). Our gains will be made in section 6. Look at your ID badge and refresh your memory as to which management team you work for. No Richard Anderson or Herb Kelleher here. Sorry.
