The concept you are describing is plain wrong, ManFlex. We are in the process of "taking it back" here, for the sake of our profession. Every airline pilot group out there are making gains in their contracts, rightly so. We will make significant gains, too.
I know I'm in the minority but we're "taking it in the back" here is how I see it. What can you possibly see in this LOA that gives that impression? The company is not just gonna throw money on the table. I wish I could live in this mythical land so many of you do where we get these amazing pay raises just because everyone else is. Now they know commuters can be scared of commuting and others can be scared of scenarios where they could possibly make less money. Throw in fear of a base closure or longer upgrades and we'll have PBS in no time.
