Make sure you practice hard for that sim eval. Those desktop sims sure are squirrelly.

A few other qualities an ideal candidate might possess;

A DUI.
A felony conviction. Or three.
A history of check ride failures.
A drinking problem.
A prostitute problem.
A spot on the legendary scab list.

Basically anything that would make one more or less unemployable by a reputable carrier, minimizing flight risk.

It's really sad to see such a legendary company turn into a Mesa with big jets. It's amazing to see how quickly it all fell apart.

Be warned. Management is not nearly finished in their attempt to squeeze every last penny out of you and make you work for free. And give up home basing.

Pay attention to what's happening over at Florida West. I think you'll get some clarity within a month. A fleet shuffle might be in the books.
