I disagree. It is very common for 135 companies to fly repo legs as part 91. It all comes to accounting. The aircraft cost $2000 an hour and you need two hours worth of repoing to do the 135 flight. Just add $4000 to the cost of the trip. Client does not pay for the repo, but the company make sure the profit margin of the 135 flight covers the part 91 repo flights.
