I never was able to do a job fair..big family, kids, etc...but had M&G with Chief a year ago, several internal recs including United Check airman..got email/Hogan just b4 Christmas, interviewed a month later, Job offer last week..April class most likely. I didn't do any formal interview prep..just studied the gouge, knew my TMAAT stories.
If you speak well, are likeable, and aren't full of crap..you'll do well in interview. I did use FTI Denver..I'd recommend it, but pricey/worth it.
