I started new hire ground exactly 4 months ago, and in those 4 months I'd estimate that about 8 weeks of that has been training, the rest time off, all paid.

Not a bad deal, but at this rate it looks like I'd be able to hold a Captain bid before I've got the 1,000 121 SIC knocked out. (400 hours to go).
