Don't forget to call the ESGR. Some of the newer programs they are trying out are not ussera compliant. If enough people log their calls into ESGR I'm guessing they won't win that freedom award next year.
I spoke with USERRA ombudsmen via the ESGE/USERRA site. What they did was legal but stretching it a bit....so it was logged and they had to answer the mail on it.
