This seems to be the average PSA propaganda artists main plan on these social media sites: misdirection and hype.

The bottom line is that PSAs 18% incompletion rate is 3 times higher than the regional average of 6% from 2012(which is also a nunber of people who did not finish from those who started).

It is easy to conclude that PSA is indeed hiring everything they can get their hands on and hoping as much poo as possible sticks up against the wall. They would likely pass more, but the FAA is on them like a fly on, well poo.
What were class sizes in 2012? Probably not near what they are now for any carrier, let alone PSA. One could also argue the new hire cadre of pilots was more competitive in 2012 vs. current year data.

I could also say that Endeavor had a wash rate of nearly 80% in 2013-14, and these were guys hand picked by Daddy D. It wasn't uncommon for over half the class to not complete training for one reason or another. But here's the sauce. We were only getting classes in single digits. So when 3 out of a class of 4 don't complete training we have a wash of 75%.

Statistics can be manipulated to show whatever you want. Your hatred of a single airline is becoming more entertaining than valuable at this point. You are trying way too hard. You might as well just post up outside of their interview building and hand out flyers.

I know plenty of guys who have left endeavor for PSA and every single one of them says it was the best move they could have made. The hatred thrown at carriers is only visible on these anonymous forums.

Deny all the jumpseaters you want, but karma will catch up to you at some point when you least expect it.
