Rather than compete with every Mexico ULCC doing LAX-MEX starting
Jan 2016, its a way to trade the route today with another carrier for additional considerations that make AS competitive going forward....especially if LAX is to remain a hub for AS crews. It would be great to see AS compete in other markets from LAX since we operate relatively cheaper than most domestic carriers as it is.
