You have to register then you get a preference of meeting with a number of airline recruiters based on the number of days you registered for. I registered for all 3 days so I get a scheduled day/time for 15 minutes with 3 recruiters. WAI seems to better in that sense that they offer scheduled times versus standing in lines.
