Sigh. Obviously the more equitable thing to do would be to raise first-year pay, but I suppose that they can cancel the bonus at anytime (and likely will do so), whereas slashing pay would be even more of a morale-killer.

The question is, if you're already typed and current, how is SKW saving money on your training? You've still got to do Indoc, Systems, and Sims...unless they've been approved to put typed guys through Indoc and a much shorter systems/ sim course?

Personally if I was looking only at $$, the Endeavor offer seems much more attractive. $20K per year for 4 years, even with my pilot math skills, is a lot more compelling than $7.5K once.
