For new hires, the training footprint is realistically 4 months from Day 1 to end of IOE.
For the 10/13 class, which was four months and a day ago, only 5-6 of 35 have started IOE, and no one is finished yet.
If there are indeed more checkairman in the pipeline I suspect that will start to drop soon.
