The SSP is basically a flow with a personality, cog skills, and customer service screening.
Based on the pass rate I would argue it's the farthest thing from a flow. Also I'm curious to where your getting your info from? Endeavor union or Delta selection team guys? Because every interview captain I've spoken to contradicts what you say on the "Allowed" decision criteria of an SSP interview. The SSP's I interviewed with also had different experiences then you describe with their interviews.
BTW are you at Delta now or Endeavor?
