I think 38 a month for the foresseeable is wheee your calculation goes off as time progresses, I don't think that level will be maintained for the foreseeable future, however mainline is hiring and seeing about 20-25 leave above me a month at the moment and I'm middle of the pack FO wise. Time will tell! Plan for the worst, hope for the best.
