After 6 months from DOH, you qualify for ZED (zonal employee discount) fares on other airlines. These cost money but are generally pretty cheap. I think dallas to Sydney on quantas is $100 which is on the high end of ZED fares (if you want to be in coach on a 17 hour flight :-/
