True, although the flows will be over soon and retirements will increase significantly. The supply of military pilots will likely only decrease as well. While I understand the angst of being on the outside wanting in, not everyone can get hired in year one of a hiring wave. The wave is massive and looks like it is here to stay though. Hang in there.

From me and the rest of the guys on this side of the fence. I/we can't say thanks enough for the information you post on here and also the encouragement you provide. I mean this seriously, there are others that also post some good information on here as well. but you do quite a bit yourself and it helps those guys like us trying to "see in".
Just like you mentioned we all can't get on this first year, but there are many of us who have been loyal to the Delta brand on the regional side for over a decade and hoping to be a mainline delta guy one day soon. Also, several of these 91/135 guys have shown a super high desire to be there also. This is something that I/we hope Delta gives some credit for in the future.
