From what I've been told, the firing is for people on line that are leaving. Plan accordingly.
Your probably right. I hope so anyway because even though it is separate they are masters at playing employee groups against each other!
As for firing pilots that give their 2 weeks notice, is that really true? Is it happening to everyone? I guess Colorado is an "at will" state. Don't you have to give your two weeks in order to get your vacation according to the employee handbook? Pretty petty if it's true.
