Not trying to get into a ****ing contest over mil vs. GA civ. My point is they should be looked at on an equal footing absolutely. Corporate jobs run the gamut. The individuals and their type of flying etc..should be looked at and no need to check a 121 box. There is an enormous amount of talent in those ranks who have been flying metal safely all over the planet, while juggling many other jobs within their flight dept. The most qualified would be at the top of my list...be it 121, GA or military. No background bias.
