True, although the flows will be over soon and retirements will increase significantly. The supply of military pilots will likely only decrease as well. While I understand the angst of being on the outside wanting in, not everyone can get hired in year one of a hiring wave. The wave is massive and looks like it is here to stay though. Hang in there.
I'm hangin and hopeful to get an invite this year. I'll hang as long as it takes and it sounds like the OTS civilians hired should go way up this year. I just can't wait until they finally get to the tier II guys as I think or I hope I fall into tier II.
