I don't disagree with you. However, going to HR instead of just politely asking the instructor(s) to tone it down wasn't the right thing to do. On day one, they had no idea if this would of potentially put the instructors job in jeapordy or if it would of been laughed off by HR. There is a proper way to do things and that isn't it.
