I think if compare the earnings of a RAH pilot over two years to that of a PSA pilot, the PSA pilot will be at least that far ahead, and closer to upgrade besides.
Probably true about the financial aspect of going to PSA over RAH, yet you'd have no spine and be a back stabber by choosing PSA over ANY other carrier. Spineless, gutless.
