You went through all of training THEN said something?

If it made you that uncomfortable even though you admittedly do it yourself why didn't you say something to them? I'm sure they would've done their best to keep it in check in front of you.

"professionalism" would've been doing the above, not putting someone's job in jeopardy because you think they aren't projecting the right "image." Don't make this something it isn't.

Did you actually do this in person to HR or did you do it anonymously through one of those evaluation forms?
