I am a believer in what you're selling, there are great traits in pilots from all backgrounds but trying to justify how difficult your job is as a reason to be picked first over other avenues won't win you any friends or arguments. You knew before you took your corporate gig what the deal was with major hiring -- they like military time and they like piles of civilian 121 PIC. I'm sure you had great reasons and did the best you could, but complaining about a process you knew going in and are now trying to buck just sounds like sour grapes.
