Talk to anyone who's looking.....the rumored Pilot Shortage has yet to reach the legacy level.

I'm in the middle @ Allegiant & moved up 3 numbers which equates to an annual attrition of 2% - 2 percent among the captains, the most qualified with type ratings & Part 121 jet PIC. Some want to stay, a lot are looking hard; the current job-search environment is extremely frustrating, some would say demoralizing.
